Paula Tran has been a Business Consultant for the Minority Business Development Agency in San Jose for more than 7 years. MBDA is funded by the US. Dept. of Commerce since 2010, assisting small businesses in securing contract opportunities and bids with public agencies, public utility companies, prime contractors and private corporations by providing technical assistance and advocacy. She is a graduate of the Monash University in Australia with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Finance.
