Oct.10, Session 2: Marketing Plan.

Oct 17, Session 3: Financial Projections. This workshop uses exercises to help you better understand financial concepts. This session reviews sales and prices, financial risks and rewards, true startup costs, ongoing operating expenses, setting benchmarks for tracking progress and the organization of all your financial information. Using a hands-on approach, you learn how to use our financial model to forecast sales revenue and build solid pro-forma financial forecasts.

The Program: Join us for a 9-session entrepreneurship program designed to help you start and launch your small. We’ll teach you basic business strategy, personal financial budgeting, market analysis, products/services, operations, marketing strategy and business finance.

We are Centro Community Partners, a local non-profit that provides a step-by-step workshop series to help new and rising entrepreneurs especially women and other underserved people create a business plan and prepare themselves for business ownership. Our dynamic interactive and fun workshops help you develop your business model and interact with other amazing entrepreneurs.
