The Employment Training Panel (ETP) is a State of California program that provides funds for job training programs. This year, ETP will develop about $120 million in job training projects throughout California. ETP has special programs for small businesses including funding to train the owners of small businesses on how to successfully manage their businesses. ETP funds are normally used to train the full-time employees of companies that have out-of-state competition. However, there are special categories of funding for some companies that do not have out-of-state compeition.

M-F, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

To participate, companies must be for-profit. However, not-for-profit training entities may also apply for funding as a training provider.
