Brief Overview:
Northern California Minority Business Enterprise Center MBEC(TM) is funded by the Minority Business Development Agency MBDA(TM) from the U.S. Department of Commerce and the operation has been entrusted to ASIAN, Inc. of San Francisco Our mission is to promote minority business enterprises (MBEs) growth through our services and strategic partners on Northern California. We provide MBEs with assistance of accessing to capital, procurement opportunities, small/minority/disadvantage business certification application assistance as well as management consulting in different business functions, such as strategy, marketing, managerial finance and operations.

Eligibility Requirements:
According to the MBDA(TM), entrepreneurs eligible for assistance under the MBEC(TM) Program are African Americans, Puerto Ricans, Spanish-Speaking Americans, Aleuts, Asian and Pacific Islander Americans, Asian Indians, Native Americans, Eskimos and Hasidic Jews.
