Brief Overview:
The San Jose Redevelopment Agency (SJRA) is dedicated to improving the quality of life for all who live and work in San Jose. The SJRA partners with the City of San Jose, neighborhoods, businesses, non-profit organizations and public and private entities to facilitate and implement a comprehensive program encompassing mixed-use, high-quality development to revitalize the City’s Downtown, Neighborhoods, and Industrial areas. The SJRA is governed by the elected City Council, who serves as the Redevelopment Agency Board.
